The purpose of Amity Web Designing Club is as follows: -
Various events are organized by Amity Web Designing Club each year to test and enhance the web designing skills of students at the university. The students with extraordinary skills are awarded for their talent.
Explore your web designing skills and compete them on our platform. Task: Create a website using HTML and CSS on an IDE as attractive as possible. PLEASE CARRY YOUR LAPTOPS WITH NECESSARY SOFTWARES INSTALLED!!
Not only web designing, but the club also organizes events related to other fields in computer science. This time AWDC organized a quiz to test the knowledge of students regarding programming languages, namely java and C++. This event like others was also a huge success and many students participated with great enthusiasm and vigor. Winners were awarded certificates. The event was organized especially for first year students.
Not only events, the club also organizes many workshops where students can gain knowledge about several topics directly from experts. This time we organized a workshop on Bootstrap and PHP. The event was successful and the students learnt a lot as was our intention.
One of the first workshops organized by our club was on HTML and CSS. The event was attended by many freshers. The workshop was so well organized and insightful that many students registered on-the-spot after getting the information from our members and fellow students.
A 3 hour Professional Workshop on: Android Mobile Gaming Application. It ment for students who want to learn android programming and get a good knowledge about android.It gives student opportunity to interact with professionals and industry experts and helps them in the carrer choices and current industry development
Our club also organized a workshop along with APTRON in the Amity Youth Fest 2017 on Big Data and Hadoop. Students were given certificates to boost their CV along with kits which consisted of several software relating to big data and Hadoop. Students were also given an opportunity to interact with professors and industrial experts so that they can learn about the current developments in the industry along with a chance to score internships with them.
